About the product

Kura Persimmon Soap is a cosmetic cleansing product. It is not a drug and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Descriptions on this site explain how the formula was designed and what its ingredients are known for; they are not a promise of a particular biological result. If you have a skin condition or a known allergy, read the ingredient list and speak with a clinician before use.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, including where a price has been listed in error or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. We aim to dispatch within two business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Purchases are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, which forms part of these terms.

Buying from the source

We currently sell only through this website. We cannot verify the authenticity, storage or age of any Kura-branded product bought from a third-party marketplace or reseller, and our guarantee does not cover those purchases.

Intellectual property

The Kura name, logo, product photography, illustrations and written content on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of this site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of that province have jurisdiction over any dispute.
