Every order of Kura Persimmon Soap is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The guarantee

If the soap is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will refund what you paid for the product. You do not need to send anything back. We ask that you give the bar a fair trial first, because the formula is built around daily use, but the guarantee does not depend on it.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through the contact page with the name on the order and the approximate order date. That is all we need to find it. If you have the order number to hand it will be quicker, but it is not required.

When you will get your money back

We approve refund requests within one business day. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Most banks post it within five to ten business days, though the exact timing is up to your bank rather than us.

Original shipping charges are refunded along with the product price. Since shipping is free on every order, in practice this means you receive the full amount you paid.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us and we will send a replacement at no cost. There is no need to use the guarantee for this, and there is no 30-day limit on a fulfilment error on our side.

Multi-bar orders

If you bought more than one bar, the guarantee covers the whole order. You do not have to leave the unopened bars unused to qualify.

Subscriptions

A subscription can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next shipment is prepared, and the 30-day guarantee applies to each shipment individually.
